Kris was seen in Virginia Beach, reportedly for a The Fray concert. Since all the tour rehearsals going on in LA, many are doubting that he flew out to VA Beach just for a concert, and that he's possibly working on his album, being that The Fray, Timbaland, Pharell, and N.E.R.D are based out of there and this is were Justin Timberlake recorded his first album. Who Knows!??!
